<< Going through Gilmore Girls withdrawal?
With our favorite show in repeats for the last month, and with two weeks to
go until the next new episode, things have been rough lately for Gilmore
fans. But it could be worse! Imagine if season seven was the end of the
line for all things Gilmore and that withdrawal you're feeling was
everlasting. Don't let that happen! Join other fans and participate in the
GilmoreGirls.org Great8Mandate to raise awareness and support for season
eight.
One key element of our Great8Mandate campaign is getting the media's
attention. E! Online is currently hosting a 'Save One Show' poll where fans
can vote to save their favorite show. It would be HUGE if Gilmore Girls
could pull off a win. According to E!, the 'SOS' poll has rescued five out
of six winning shows. If Gilmore does come out on top, it would create
massive exposure for season eight.

At the poll's halfway point, Gilmore Girls made [at least] the top five list
for most votes, but that's not enough! To win, we need to keep going strong
until the poll's deadline (April 6th). Gilmore Girls is going up against a
handful of other popular shows with big Internet fan bases, so it's
important that we really get out the vote! Vote once or vote often ...
encourage your friends, family members, and co-workers to vote as well.

Season 8 or bust?
One of the best ways to support season eight is to simply let the right
people know that fans still enjoy Gilmore Girls. All you need to do is
write down and share your praise and support for the show. Letters don't
need to be lengthy (unless you want them to be); they just need to be
personal and heartfelt. Send your letter to the address below and/or e-mail
